Meet Erika
Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Erika Cosme. I studied Marketing at UNCW and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. After moving away for a while, I eventually found my way back home. Ironically, I always joke that I wish I'd grown up somewhere else, because then I'd get to experience Raleigh for the first time. It's an incredible city with so many hidden gems.
Raleigh Hidden Gems started simply because I loved exploring new places and taking photos. I remember thinking, "How cool would it be if one day I could trade a post for a meal?" What began as a fun hobby has grown into something much bigger and become a true passion project.
I have a hard time sitting still and am always looking for my next adventure, whether it's discovering a new coffee shop, hiking trail, restaurant, or local business. I genuinely love helping great businesses get the attention they deserve.
